1. Delivery Area

simpliSELF delivers within the Netherlands.

We do not ship outside the Netherlands at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 2-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If free shipping applies, this will be indicated before order confirmation.

All prices shown on the website include VAT.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information (where available).

6. Risk & Transfer of Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer at the moment the goods are physically delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If you choose your own carrier (not offered by simpliSELF), risk transfers at the moment the goods are handed over to that carrier.

7. Subscription Deliveries

If you subscribe to simpliSELF:

  • Your products will be shipped according to your selected delivery frequency (e.g. every 30 days).

  • Billing occurs automatically before shipment.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date via your account or by contacting customer support.

Changes or cancellations after payment but before dispatch may not always be possible.

8. Delays

In case of unexpected delays:

  • We will inform you as soon as possible.

  • If delivery exceeds 30 days and no alternative is agreed, you may terminate the contract free of charge.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.

simpliSELF is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect details may be charged to the customer.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the package and product.

  • We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.
