These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, subscriptions and agreements concluded via the website www.simpliself.com.

These Terms apply to all distance contracts concluded between simpliSELF B.V. and consumers within the meaning of Article 6:230g Dutch Civil Code.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these Terms.
3.1 simpliSELF products are food supplements as defined under Directive 2002/46/EC.
3.2 Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
3.3 Product information, including ingredients and allergen declarations, is provided on the product pages and packaging.
3.4 simpliSELF makes no medical claims. Consumers are advised to consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, or using medication.
4.1 A contract is concluded when simpliSELF confirms the order by email.
4.2 simpliSELF reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of:
Incorrect pricing due to technical error
Suspicion of fraud
Non-availability of stock
5.1 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Shipping costs are clearly indicated before checkout.
5.3 Payment methods available are listed on the website.
5.4 simpliSELF reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.
6.1 simpliSELF offers recurring subscription deliveries.
6.2 By subscribing, the consumer authorises automatic recurring payments.
6.3 Subscription frequency (e.g. every 30 days) is clearly displayed before checkout.
6.4 Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6.5 The consumer may cancel at any time via:
The account dashboard, or
A direct cancellation link (“unsubscribe” button), or
Email to customer support.
Cancellation takes effect before the next billing date.
6.6 simpliSELF may adjust subscription pricing. Consumers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before the new price takes effect.
7.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving reasons.
7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after delivery.
7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform simpliSELF via email.
7.4 The product must be returned unopened and in original condition.
7.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (Article 6:230p BW).
7.6 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
8.1 simpliSELF aims to deliver within the indicated timeframe.
8.2 Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
8.3 Risk passes to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.
9.1 simpliSELF is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products.
9.2 simpliSELF’s liability is limited to the purchase value of the product concerned.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud
Mandatory statutory consumer rights
10.1 Complaints must be submitted within reasonable time after discovery.
10.2 simpliSELF will respond within 14 days.

All trademarks, content, designs and materials remain property of simpliSELF B.V. and may not be reproduced without permission.
simpliSELF is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including supply chain disruptions or governmental measures.
Dutch law applies exclusively.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
